We take our advisory role seriously. Every engagement with LuminaConsult begins with a clearly defined Letter of Engagement. This defines the specific metrics, timelines, and personnel involved in your strategic planning or digital transformation project.

Liability & Disclaimers
While our market analysis is rigorous, business environments are inherently volatile. LuminaConsult provides recommendations based on professional expertise, but final implementation decisions remain the responsibility of the client's executive team.
We don't overpromise. We deliver actionable intelligence. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific consultancy phase in question.
Project Timelines
All delivery dates are estimated based on prompt client data provision. We move fast, but quality takes time.
Confidentiality
Your IP is safe with us. We sign mutual NDAs for every project involving market analysis or digital transformation.
Payment Terms
Standard terms are 30 days. Late payments may result in a temporary pause of organizational development efforts.
